JOIN US FOR EASTER AT THE MASTER'S HOUSE
We hope that you come and worship our risen Savior, Jesus Christ on April 21st at 1 pm.
Jesus (God manifested in the flesh) came to this earth, took on the very nature of man and had a unique mission that would forever change humanity. The mission would involve the most selfless sacrifice.
Join us on Easter Sunday and worship the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ!
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT
We want you to feel like you belong the moment you drive into the church parking lot. Parking is located in the front and rear of the building and you'll see some friendly faces directing you where to park. As you walk in, you'll be greeted by some of our greeters who are available to answer any questions you might have. As we sing songs together we lift up the name of Jesus, the words are projected on a big screen, so even if you don't know the songs at first, you can join in if when you feel comfortable.
Our service fills up quickly, so you should plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR
We want you to feel at ease, so wear whatever clothes you're comfortable in. We believe God cares more about our hearts than our clothes. You'll usually find those on stage in a suit or dress.
WHERE DO MY LITTLE KIDS GO?
At the start of the preaching, our Children's Church begins. Children's church is a fun program for kids between 3 and 12 years of age that partake in many different types of Bible-based activities.
JESUS SAVED A SINNER LIKE ME
Without the shedding of blood, there can be no remission of sins and the cost of such is death.
This would be the culmination of our life if Jesus hadn't stepped in.
We are all sinners, this is a fact. "Good" people are sinners. If you are human, you are a sinner. Sorry, but it's true. We have a sinful nature that was passed on to all humanity the day that Adam and Eve were kicked out of the garden because they choose to disobey God versus obey Him. And as hard and as "unfair" as it may be to accept that, some 8,000 years later, it is true. By one man, sin entered into the world and passed unto ALL men and death as a result of that sin. (Rom 5:12)
Not a physical death but a 2nd death. The 2nd death that would take us to a lake of fire where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.
By one man's righteousness, Jesus - the 2nd Adam, an undeserving gift was handed to all mankind. (Rom 5:18)
Grace abounded for all mankind because of Jesus' act of obedience. This act of obedience was not earned by anyone. No one was deserving of such a selfless act.
But Jesus came anyways...Jesus loved his creation anyway...Jesus cared about our wellbeing, anyways.
Jesus became the sacrifice that we were required to pay.
No matter who you are, know that Jesus gave up His life for you!
Therein lies our hope for a better tomorrow.
Therein is our liberty from oppression.
Therein is our peace in troubled times.
Therein is our healing.
Therein is our deliverance.
Therein is our joy.
Blessed be the name of Jesus!
